"What is the secret to getting strong?" First off, I don't think it is a
secret. I just think it is harder to train with good repetitions each
and every workout than people mentally can handle. Focusing on the
eccentric phase of each rep will get you strong! Here is a tip to help
you get the most out of your athletes and clients.
This protocol is also great for someone who needs that extra degree of
focus. Or even those athletes that are recovering from injury. You can
implement this clip on numerous modalities to keep it fresh.
