Success and Family

Dont forget ever coaches to recognize your spouse. The success of all of us is due in a big part to our spouse. We as coaches but in long hours and work endlessly at times, and sometimes push family to the side. Sacrfices

For those just starting out be prepared to sacrifice some. Dont think that you are going to get a job and just move up the ladder at will. You will bust your butt and work your tail off and sometimes feel like it is unnoticed or not appreciated. It is noticed and it is appreciated you just have to buy your time. Spread is the best high school offense (when ran the right way)



The spread offense probably arguable is the best offense for high school football. High School coaches are working in an environment where our players change yearly, and unlike college we don't have much say so in who replaces those players and we have to fill in with what we have. I am currently seeking social science teaching position
