Greg I don't really know of many places that have video of drills. Youtube does have some videos people have posted of D-Line Drills. Here is one video but I like the drills starting at 1:10 into the video.with the sled drills. You might want to take a look at it.

I know that a lot of young guys struggle with terminology since they haven't been exposed to several differents coaches and scemes. I just wanted them to see exactly what I was refering to on things like hand drills, rip & swim technique, along with proper stances. Just general stuff.

Coach I really don't have videos of our drills, though what types of drills are you looking to show?
