Overview: Kinetic Strength Reloaded is a comprehensive seminar designed for anyone that trains athletes, or is an athlete. Starting the seminar is Tom Janik, MPS, OCS, PT, CSCS. Tom has been my go-to physical therapist for years and is one of the best for athletes. Tom will provide all attendees with a step by step protocol to access athletes in order to identify weaknesses and prevent further imbalances. He will also provide a procedure to correct one of the major problem areas with clients – glute weakness.

Rob Williams, HKC, NASM, USAW, CSCS will then take the stage and explain his “Reset, Reload, Reprime” technique for developing insanely explosive athletes. Bring your sneakers and shorts, this is very hands on! If you attended last year’s seminar, this will briefly review Level I movements and provide new Level II techniques.

Finally, Rob and I will finish the seminar with strength training protocols to properly create dynamic athletes. You will leave with everything you need to create a proper program.
